Dear all,

I am forwarding this message from the PO as it contains important information. Please take note and proceed with the OCA process where subcontracting applies in DEP programme.

PO reminder:
All subcontractors participating in the DEP project must undergo an OCA (Ownership Control Assessment) before joining or starting to contribute to the project. Subcontractors are required to have a registered PIC (validation is not mandatory at this stage) in order for the OCA to be conducted.

Dear Valerio,

Please find enclosed an IMPORTANT note to be shared with the consortium.

All subcontractors in the DEP project must undergo an OCA (Ownership Control Assessment) before they join or start contributing to the project. Subcontractors will need a registered PIC (not necessarily a validated one) for the OCA to be conducted.

This is only for the DEP grant.

Let me know the status about this in the upcoming weeks:


  *   Any DEP subcontractors that already started to be contracted.
  *   Any planned DEP subcontractors.
