Dear all,

Hope this email finds you well.

We are in the midst of hiring a Communication Officer for the initiative 
and in the meantime, we have created a folder within the PIXEurope 
sharepoint dedicated to Communications, where you can find material and 
information related to the project.

The following information has been uploaded to the sharepoint:

  * *PROJECT TEMPLATES*: templates for *deliverables, meeting agendas,
    minutes, presentations*, etc (link

  * *LOGO PROJECT*: we finally have an official logo, which you can find
    in different formats and versions. (link

        palette that will be used. NOTE: we have an extended Color
        Palette as well for presentations including other secondary colors.

  * *FONTS*: font files that you need to download and install for the

    *_NEWS 1 _*

    Currently, we have uploaded the *first news item* regarding
    PIXEurope's launch. The news is in English and in Spanish. You may
    use this text and add the contribution of your institution to the
    text in order to promote it locally. We have uploaded it to our
    institutional web and will share it on the social media accounts of
    PIXEurope. If you do have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

    In addition, we have uploaded the Photo Gallery of the KOM to a
    flickr account <https://flic.kr/s/aHBqjCpUom>, mainly of the second
    day of the meeting for you to see and if you wish to use any of
    these pictures, just let us know and kindly acknowledge the _image
    credit: ICFO/ R. Puras _when you do so.

  * *SOCIAL MEDIA*: a list of the main social media channels that we
    have for PIXEurope. We will add all partner institutional accounts
    once we receive the information from you through a form we are
    preparing. (link

    our different communication materials and actions.
