We are delighted to announce that IMB-CNM (CSIC) in Barcelona is offering an in-person training course Photonic circuit design and fabrication: Choosing your photonic platform from 27th to 29th January 2027 as part of PIXEurope internal training.

Eligibility to attend training:

The course is recommended for PIXEurope consortium members, in particular new hires, meeting the following criteria:

  *   Fully or partially funded through PIXEurope.
  *   Not funded through PIXEurope, but their work is directly related to and contributing to PIXEurope.



Please consider the following information before submitting an Expression of Interest:

  1.
 Submit an Expression of Interest via this form by 20th November 2026.
  2.
The PIXEurope training programme manager will review all Expressions of Interest, and share your details with the training host institution.
  3.
Please note that demand may exceed the number of places available, and while every Expression of Interest will be considered, we cannot guarantee that a place for a requested training will be allocated.
  4.
Should a slot be assigned to you, please note the following:

  *
All slots are offered at no fee for the participant.
  *
Participants are responsible for covering their own travel and accommodation expenses, if a place is allocated.


Applications will be reviewed after the application deadline on 20th November 2026. Applicants will be notified of the outcome no later than two weeks after the deadline.
