[Pix-icfo-management] Structure: Verticals vs. Technology

Please do not distribute and talk outside the recipient of this message.

I started sketching our joint effort (first draft):

  *   Activities, supporting projects, etc....may not be complete
  *   Responsibles TBC o TBD

Note, many, if not majority, of these activities will be in collaboration with external partners, with whom we will define strategic partnership.

For the verticals, benchmarking has started with respect to state-of-the-art.

Please provide feedback separately, only to me for time being, after you possibly talk to each other.
