Please check that the proposal you wish to submit to evaluation is submitted prior to the deadline or has already been submitted.

To submit your proposal, please follow the instructions below:

  *   Access your proposals via the 'My Proposal(s)' section under 'Manage My Area' in the Funding and Tenders Portal: https://ec.europa.eu/info/funding-tenders/opportunities/portal/screen/myarea/proposals<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://ec.europa.eu/info/funding-tenders/opportunities/portal/screen/myarea/proposals__;!!D9dNQwwGXtA!XhgKeSFc4SSNaxIh7pJLg3Im9VGtlpxrX8TYxgXZYHv7_vMe7b8EWOuEIxoPGs3kW-VbGBobTYZC-2G1aNORp-WWoFXQWOeVd6W2qbohcDk$>

  *   Select the proposal you wish to submit, click on the 'Actions' menu button on the left and select 'Edit Draft' to navigate to the Submission System, to the Step 5 -Edit Proposal, where you can edit the current Administrative Forms and add/remove annexes.

  *   Click 'Submit' at the bottom of the screen (scroll down if necessary) and follow the procedure until your submission is confirmed. You will also receive a confirmation of your submission via email.

Once submitted, it is recommended to verify the proposal and its contents by downloading all the submitted files. You may review your submitted proposal by going back to Step 5-Edit proposal screen. Click on the 're-edit proposal' button in the submit screen to do so. Then, check the data in the administrative forms and click on 'View History' to verify which attachments have been uploaded before submission.


Please remember that you can submit your proposal as many times as you wish and that the last version of your proposal submitted before the deadline is the one which will be taken into consideration; no later version can be submitted after call closure and no earlier version can be recovered.
