<p data-start="193" data-end="489">To make our meetings and
communication more efficient and effective, we have prepared a
template (based on Padraic’s WP7 template, as used in the other
WPs of PIXEurope). This template is available in the SharePoint

it in with the contact person for each institution representing
the WP5.</p>
<p data-start="491" data-end="725">Additionally, going forward, <strong
data-start="520" data-end="639">task leaders will be
responsible for organizing meetings with their task members
prior to each monthly WP5 meeting.</strong> The purpose of
these pre-meetings<b> </b>is to align on task progress and next
steps, and<b> </b>to define the slides for the monthly meeting.</p>
<p data-start="727" data-end="757">Here is the updated process:</p>

<p data-start="760" data-end="828">Task leaders organize a
short pre-meeting with their task members.</p>
</li>
<li data-start="829" data-end="914">
<p data-start="831" data-end="914"><b>Task leaders </b>prepare
the slides summarizing progress, challenges, and next steps.</p>
</li>
<li data-start="915" data-end="1038">
<p data-start="917" data-end="1038"><strong data-start="917"
data-end="960">Two days before the monthly WP5 meeting</strong>,
task leaders must send their slides to the WP5 leaders (Timo
and Joaquín).</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1039" data-end="1199">
<p data-start="1041" data-end="1199">During the monthly WP5
meeting, task leaders will present their updates. Task
participants are also welcome to comment and contribute
during the discussion.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="1201" data-end="1324">This process will help us
improve coordination, especially for tasks involving multiple
partners (e.g., the Mid-IR task).</p>
<p data-start="1326" data-end="1420">Thank you all for your
