As you may be aware, the PIXEurope SC must meet in person twice a year. </div>

We propose <b>Thursday 18 February, in Barcelona </b>for the first in-person meeting<b>.

</b>We asked for your availability for this date to organise the End-User and Ecosystem Day, so I hope it still works for you.  Let me know if this is no longer the case. </div>

Moving forward, and to give as much notice as possible, we suggest holding these meetings in

<b>January and June each year </b>(General Assemblies would be held together with the June SC meeting to minimise travel). Please let me know if this seems reasonable or if other months would work better around teaching commitments or school holidays. </div>

We’d also like to invite partners to<b> host future SC meetings or General Assemblies.</b> While these will remain chaired by the Coordinator (ICFO), we’d be happy to rotate locations to reflect the decentralised nature of the Pilot Line.</div>
